⚡ How it works (ZERO data usage):
1. Browser sends only the URL text (~400 bytes) to Cloudflare
2. Cloudflare's server fetches file directly from source in 19MB chunks
3. Each chunk is uploaded to Telegram one at a time, in order — this avoids Telegram's per-channel rate limit. Your connection carries no file data either way.
4. Works up to 2GB · Auto-retry per chunk · Resumable if the tab closes or you go offline
